01How will I receive the guide after I purchase?
Straight away. The thank-you page opens your guide with one tap, and the same personal link lands in your inbox a moment later. No account to create, no password to remember.
02Is the WhatsApp group really updated, or is this a one-time drop?
It's permanent. I add new spots, seasonal tips and answer questions in there. You can leave whenever — but most people stay for the recommendations.
03Is this a PDF, an app, or what exactly?
Neither. It's a private page made for your phone: my own photos, my notes, and one tap through to Google Maps when you want directions. Add it to your home screen and it opens full screen like an app — except it updates itself every time I add a place.
04I'm only in Istanbul for 3 days. Is it worth it?
Especially then. A short trip is when you most need a local friend. Everything is sorted by category and neighbourhood, so you can pick a half-day route in two minutes.
05Can I share it with my partner or a friend?
Your link works on up to 3 devices, so your travel companion is covered. After that it asks for the email you bought with — that's what keeps the guide from being passed around publicly.
06What's the refund policy?
If you look around and decide it isn't for you — message me within 7 days and I'll refund you, no questions asked.
07Does it work outside Istanbul?
Right now it's Istanbul-only. If there's interest, other cities I love (Lisbon, Tbilisi) might come later. The WhatsApp group hears first.
08When will the price go up?
Soon. This is a launch price; once a few hundred travellers are inside, it goes back to the regular price. Joining now locks you in forever, including all future updates.
